is this supposed to be funny, downvoted
You can add flexes to bodygroups via DMX controls, but stereo flexes don't work with them - whether it is a bug or a hardcoded limitation, I do not know. Sniper's glasses need to be able to flex on one side or the other to match his facial expressions, which is why Valve never split them off as a bodygroup. The rest of the ones they added are irrelevant to the discussion because they never had flexes added to begin with.
if valve actually adds this (weach is impossible do to obvious reasons) they probably gonna remove it, or ask me to remove it
basically: the paint region is a joke, not the cosmetic
If everyone insist ill do a paint showcase with all the colors
What do you mean? Bodygroup is just a toggleable functionality that shows or hide on the model. In technical terms, each bodygroup is a separate model inside the player model files. As far as I know, the Sniper's glasses can be taken out, Valve simply hasn't done that not due to limitations.
The vast majority of Bodygroups were added to the game to be used with promotional items, with some very few exceptions:
Scout's "shoes_socks" was for the Essential Accessories;
Scout's "dogtags" was for the Sign of the Wolf's School;
Soldier's "grenades" was for the Lumbricus Lid;
Pyro's "head" was for the Foster's Facade;
Pyro's "grenades" was for the Stockbroker's Scarf;
Pyro's "backpack" was for Scrap Sack.
Demoman's shoes were added on the same patch as the Conjurer's Cowl, which leaves me to believe there was supposed to be a shoes item for Magicka.
Why this name? It's to follow the trend of older cosmetics that remove a class' notable piece of clothing (y'know, Baseball Bill's Sports Shine, Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative, and Texas Slim's Dome Shine)
still voting yes tho
