Does the AI know what to do with these?

@Ido When it grows past 5 population (by default), colonies turn into normal cities and can then produce things normally.

At what point do coonies ecome able to build units or buildings ? Hammer trade routes does not seem to help. Is it a certain population threshold ?

Fixed issues with native raids and assimilation.
Colonial regiments may now spawn if a war breaks out.

Man, you are killing it with these mods - thanks, I'm looking forward to starting a new game with this and Revolts, just need to finish my current game.
