it can't make pawns grows beards when they turns 18. But there have similar mod "Growing Hair". you can use it with my mod.

Can facial hair appear once they turn 18? or do all characters that grow up not have facial hair at all naturally?

Update: Now the only work once per pawn, you can add beards use the styling station. A new mod option has been added: "Remove beard only once". When disabled, the mod will continuously remove beards from pawns under the age limit.
