I also agree that the wood texture'd benefit from being a bit more subtle.
Occult themeing is always a win in my book tho! I think this is close to looking pretty nice
We'll see if we get any more written feedback before changing it up.
I'll also try out the eye as a sticker on a different war paint but that'll come out at a later date.

Also when doing the promo images that show the weapons in a group picture you shouldn't make them the same color as your warpaint. I would replace the purple promo backgrounds with the map your other images have.
About the texture scaling part I learned
The last tip I can give it to make it look more like it was painted on. It would really valuate it a lot more.
When you say too detailed, do you mean the just the wood, or do you mean the main texture as well?
For the color choices, do you mean the main & wood clash? Or is it related to the main pattern & its background? What color choices do you think would be better/would you like to see?
Texture scaling can be fixed easily, we just wanted the center eye to not be so common.
As for the wood, we can definitely have it looking a bit more flat and/or hand brushed.
