If you mean the ladder there is a pickup symbol just press on it with the "use" button and pick it up.

What not to understand when the phone post item to get fine it an it is lighted up meaning the item is found but can't pick it up....

Sry, I don't understand your problem. If it's an issue with the main game then try the search function in the forum. It helps a lot!

this game just keeps bugging out all the time i fine items posted on phone an can not pick it up. I played it about eight times never finished do to so many bugs with items or quest issue...

Thanks a lot johnebchief! =) Please don't use the cheat noclip to pick up the objective items or it will mess up the objectives :)

Loaded up and works great had to set to easy, great map! Hard to finish Got hung up a couple times couldnt get the ladder to go up the vent and now with the wires to fix the radio! Clicked the phone both several times and it will not give me the wires to repair. Everyone likes the map a lot great Job!

I don't have a dedicated server so I don't really know. It should have the same directory as your game directory so I assume that you have to manually upload those 3 VPK files in the addons folder from Contagion. Visit the official forum for more info.
