or just right click the model in animation set editor, go to utilities i think and then click the one that says add scale control to transforms i think

all you literally need to do to resize is right click on a bone, apply scale to model, then theres a slider than you can click and drag on to resize

Unsure, to be honest. You can resize it though, its hard to explain in my opinion so I'd recommend a tutorial on how to resize.
