Is it possible to either add to this mod or make a separate one that also makes the gps work on Sea Ice again please? I started a playthrough a little after the update came out and realized that you cannot use one in the Sea Ice anymore after the update and it bummed me out a little bit. Thanks

Would there be an option to make the asteroid have a limited amount of scannable ore? Similarly to water pond fish.
In my head, the rimworld can allow infinite scans due to its size, but an asteroid is way smaller. It could be fun for the mining corp. aspect for some colonies, beyond mining walls.

Thanks for noticing that. It's fixed now so you can no longer place deep drills on orbital platforms.

i looked at it again and the issue was it wasn't powered and i was using dev mode lol, i did however find a minor bug/oversight that is you can place deep drills on orbital platforms and such and get vac-stone chunks which is a bit strange. could be fixed with placeworkers though

I haven't been able to replicate that. It's probably a mod compatibility problem. So could you tell me how what mods you are using?

tried the mod again and now it appears to not scan anywhere? when you scan on an asteroid it says you found something but nothing appears where it shows it found it

It should be fixed now. Though it does still find resources on the Gravship.

upon further looking into this makes orbital platforms also able to be mined sadly....
