Oh wait. I didn't touch the trainability on the Odyssey Macaw (renamed to red-and-green macaw with this mod). Assuming those can't haul, that's why.

@Bunnigoat uhhhh they should be able to. Their training capability is set to "Advanced"

In the original Bird Up! mod the macaws could be trained in hauling:

Is this related to that mod? Any reason macaws were changed to be unable to haul?

None of my mods should be complex enough to damage a save by adding them. Don't remove them, obviously.

Ok yep, that's exactly the issue. I made some alterations to the vanilla macaw, which I've moved now to a separate Odyssey-only loadfolder. I have a hunch you may still see some issues with the crossbreeding code for the new hybrid I added, but that's a more annoying thing to fix and will have to wait until morning. Neither should cause any major issues, though.

I would be happy to send more info but this is my first time reporting and I have no clue how to go about that

Please elaborate what kind of error you're seeing

I'm getting errors around the macaws for this mod; the only things I have installed are Harmony and Bird Up!+, Bird Up! Continued and Better Crossbreeding. I downloaded everything after the most recent update, so I believe everything is updated. Is this normal?

Ok yeah no you were having the same issue as Pba. This mod and Birds of the World are completely separate and do not rely on each other at all.

I'm out of town right now but I'll look when I get home. Those mods are unrelated so they should not be reliant on one another.

@Tyrannidae Hey man I know what is the issue I was having the same problem the world not loading, this mod now requires birds up continued and birds of the world, you can test it yourself try just this mod and birds up continued and for what I tested yours saves and new world will not load

To any people having issues with the most recent update, make sure Bird Up Continued is up to date! by resubscribing. If it isn't, you will have lots of issues with this mod.

I just loaded up my heavily modded save file from before this update without any major hitches aside from some errors about missing Meat types. Though I'm running Mid-Saver-Saver on that, so take that result with a grain of salt.

Are you 100% it was my mod alone that caused this? Make sure all of your mods are up to date, b/c this mod depends specifically on my continuation of Bird Up to function and that got a pretty hefty update yesterday.

After the last update, this mod corrupted my save file. I also couldn't create a new world. After removing the mod, everything is fine.

For clarity, I'd rather the ones with lots of alts (Budgie/Tiel) just not fly, and maybe I'll split the Macaw into 3 different birds b/c I had the idea of doing hybrids. The others are not issues at all though.

@Mlie oh I know... I know :') I've been complaining about that since 1.6 dropped. I don't plan to add any flight sprites to the ones with alt graphics at the moment b/c it's all just flavor anyway.

Also, I already updated Bird Up to 1.6 myself, so I'm not sure what you mean by that last bit.

Just a heads up that you will probably have to break out the alternate graphic versions of the birds as flying animations does not support alternate graphics.
I am planning to do this in the bird up mod as my bug report about it has been treated as a feature request with no promise of implementation.
