Will you please just read the information. Yes, you must download the other file:

"This steam mod is a dummyfile. It is a .movie format (so blood can stay longer on ground), so you must download the file itself from the following link.

Copy/paste the following link and remove "(DOT)" in the link replacing it with a "." for it to work:"

Already has longer blood, so it would be redundant. And no, as that one is just for vanilla blood itself. This make blood more realistic and longer. Please read the information...

So copy that link and paste it directly into your browser, then remove the (DOT) and replace it with a "."
