after u done drag it, just do whatever it needs, and since u just want to keep the bill mod, go to the sound>player>survivor>voice and delete everything except for "namvet". after you're finished, drag this new folder to the vpk.exe and it will open cmd to show the process of the creation (just some codes) and it will be created shortly in your desktop and has the same name as the new folder you created

the number is 3529523831 (you should be able to find this easily because the vpk mod is ALWAYS next to the mod thumbnail

correction: the vpk.exe is located in Left 4 Dead 2/bin

when you have l4d2 authoring tools installed, go to Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/bin and look for vpk.exe (that's where it's located if im not mistaken). create a shortcut for vpk.exe in your desktop to made it easier. then, create a new folder in your desktop (has to be new and empty, name it to anything). now open the .vpk mod (this mod) and drag the "sound" folder to that new folder you created

Btw someone can threaten to do something, doesn't exactly mean they can. harsher bill deserves to exist because it's free speech at least in the US where valve is based in.

If it was anyone else I would’ve kept the mod up, but this was coming directly from his great grandson (which I verified). I didn’t want any trouble and I really didn’t want put my account in jeopardy. He did state that any AI voice mods of Bill using his voice in a way that was deemed harmful to Jim French’s legacy would be removed.

He stated that he found the mod offensive and disrespectful to Jim French and if I didn’t delete he would have it removed. His whole thing is pretty much protecting Jim French’s Legacy

Unfortunately I had to remove harsher bill, I received a comment from Jim French’s Great Grandson requesting that I delete it which is also why the original add on was deleted. Sorry guys

I reuploaded the harsher bill mod and it should work I tested it, I don't remember the name of the creator who made it tho and I want to make sure they are properly credited
