Same as Falechion, I can't load Neverwinter docks

My game crashes in Neverwinter, particularly after Highcliff questline, during Neverwinter docks loadscreen. No error, it just exit to desktop.

This mod causes shimmering on ground textures while moving my character around.
When standing still everythings is fine.
Tested in the starting village during the festival.

Honestly it might be a better to upscale the original textures to 4k first, Aspyr did a pretty bad job at the up scaling.
