How do you make these?

I remember I had subscribed mod like this but crouching with weapon always looked weird but this mod don't have this problem and every animation mixed with combine and playermodel versions perfectly. It didint looks like stand still when crouching thats what I try to say because in half life 2 and gmod itself theres no animation for metrocop crouching.
