Ralsei never shows up even with alot of housig

I really like this mod but TP is not balenced at all. I mean, it isn't worth it to use it on anything except the heal prayer. Copying the tp system from deltarune directly doesn't mesh well with terraria, as it runs out much faster than mana does. Making the weapon which use it not very useful
