I have figured out the issue, if you are subscribed to the old version you get the error and cannot generate a world properly. I had it inactive and it was still causing the error.

I am getting an error during world gen where "PawnShields.HarmonyPatches" is throwing an exception. The world generates but no factions are present on the map. I am not sure if it is a me problem, or a mod problem. If it could be a mod issue lmk how to send more info.

I hope that you finally do what no one else dared, and fix this Mod's problems, lag, and broken code. I'd kill for a Jecstools Mod that doesn't suck.
