Phenylephrine was a good suggestion. I can now save most if not all critically wounded patients. Now just to convince my unit to add this more complex medical stuff.

you can do either the autoinjectors or a FAST IO - the injectors have -30% bleed (and transfusion) time, and the IV version is -50%. I usually pop an autoinjector into the least screwed up part before throwing TQs on from worst to best condition.

Worth noting that if you're gonna work with drugs like this, you should consider bringing something to counteract them. Nitroglycerin is good for that - when they're stable, pushing it will speed up the transfusion time by ~30%.

Here's a guide for KAM with all the information, if you're interested:

I usually try TQs first before the FAST IO, but i'll try phenylephrine a couple of times.

IED patients are a known issue; I've been meaning to rebalance them - I used to do EOD for my milsim group, IK what IED injuries should look like lol - but haven't had the time to tweak the variables yet. As for the mass cas option, you can kinda already do this by randomly selecting new patients from the box, but a system that does it automatically would be better. Will look into both, and the stretcher issues, soon.

In the meantime, it's possible to revive the worst patients with only meds, bandages, and stitches. Assuming that you're using it with KAM, I'd recommend pushing phenylephrine immediately to slow their bleeding and buy yourself time, throwing TQs on all the limbs, packing the chest/head, using a FAST IO to push fluids, and then going from there. I personally try not to use the AEDs, since they're *really* heavy and don't do anything you can't already accomplish yourself in ACE/KAM's scuffed medical system, but it's ultimately up to you. So long as it works, it's valid.

Another cool idea would be a mass cas options, where different patients with different severities spawn in.

Thanks! And thanks for the scenario. Been looking for a medical training scenario for a while. One solution could be immediately unloading them once they spawn could work. Getting them off the stretcher wastes precious seconds.

Pneumothorax and airway issues would be a good additions. IEDs also a bit too easy.

I was wrong, the issue seems to be that you can't apply the pads to someone in a vehicle (i.e., a stretcher) when you're not in it with them. When I have time, I'll try pushing a bug report to ACE/KAM about this.

Looking into this, this issue didn't pop up in my testing. I'm trying to track down the option that allows for its usage - I'm assuming that's what the issue is - but I can't seem to find it. I'll push an update once I figure it out.

I can't seem to use the AED on anyone. The option doesn't show up.

Rebalance of IED patients and more injury types coming soon:tm:, let me know what features you'd like to see added! :)
