Not sure if it's just me, but this character seems to be slightly lacking in guardbreak. Can't seem to do much about opponent just continually blocking aside from approaching, which gives them the upper hand. I feel like adding a block pierce attribute to one of the circles might help, but I'm not the expert here.

@fish to my knowledge this happens with most mods, to fix it you need to go to settings and click clear character cache

@local goober if that's the case then admittedly I'm a little lost, the only thing I think could be causing problems is not having the codex mod downloaded? but if that doesn't help the best thing I can suggest is uninstalling freishutz and seeing if that fixes it. sorry for the inconvenience

@local goober what other mods do you have installed? It might be that freishutz has an incompatibility with something else? I don't really know what could be causing the game to be fully unopenable outside of maybe clientside mods

this mod has laced my game in some sort of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ way that it wont open at all, 0/10

so uh for some reason the mod might be broken i cant seem to get it to load without it going to null

since der freishutz normally makes his SINGLE bullet one that never misses, another idea is to have him charge his fire, but when he does, if there's no pre-set portals, one automatically is made and der freishutz fires the bullet, hitting the opponent for free. if there was absolutely no charge, have it shoot normally. however, if charged, the charging takes 10-40 frames depending on how big the charge is (indicated by slider). the bigger the charge, the more damage, and the more KNOCKBACK POWER it has. add this charge mechanic to my previous idea, and you have a character that nobody would miss out on.

funny idea: add a special that freezes time and spawns circles around the opponent that act as portals. then have der freishutz fire ONE bullet that shoots into a portal, then hits the opponent and pierces them, going into another portal and repeating until all circles are gone. along with that all happening, it'd be even funnier if he was posing during it too. (for very obvious reasons, make sure it cant combo extend)

@Shining_Joot It is a separate mod that shows frame data and other information about a character. Some mods (such as Freishutz) have a custom codex to help explain gimmicks and add achievements. You should be able to find it by searching for it on the workshop

What's the codex?

Labbed with this character (crazy, I know), and realized his gimmick with setting up the circles can HEAVILY be abused during T7MB, mainly the 5th and 6th.
The tth can be put so close together it might as well be 2 bullets, as well as the 6th basically being a free extra hit, along with comboing into the first magic bullet to keep the Install going.
Also a fun gimmick would be if you got >250 frames on it, and got hit by the 7th magic bullet, you can draw the game.

Genuinely and i say this with my full heart- this is an amazing mod on par with Hydra's WOutis/Sunshower mods. i love the setplay potential and combos you can do. My one and only criticism is that i think 'Quick Shot' should cost 1-2 more bars but come out faster
I do also think it'd be cool if maybe there was a 'second ult' for 7th bullet which deals huge damage but kills you after, so you have to make sure it executes the opponent
