How do you make the gearbox go back down

heres a suggestion make it so the gearbox can also reverse the rotation now you may be asking

why would you ever want that you degenerate when you can just shove two gears together

because it would be more reliable that is why

PixelCat you probably just need to supply more fuel to the cylinder by sending a signal to the gas dumper or something i forgot but its what fuels the example engine

@Lil Dickinson I tried it again and unfortunately the issue is still there.

the gears dont seem to multiply torque, only speed

the combustion cylinder doesnt always fire when signal is sent through propagation wires. especially when slow motion is turned on

i love this mod bro, but now Steam just doesnt want to install it for some reason. I've tried unsubbing and subbing to all my mods, deleting them manually from the files and nothing worked. I loved this mod so much but now it's gone cuz Steam has spaghetti code

seems like one piston engines dont tend to work well yet two pistons fire correctly always

yea after this update my engines have been misfiring even though set up correctly, my old engines are doing the same EXCEPT my higher piston count engines, idk why. if i try to make lower count engines the camshaft is very clearly sending signals to fire or send fuel to the piston chamber but nothing fires or fuel isnt sent

Hi great mod but, i was just wondering if you could add an inverse pulley so that i can have the pulley work better on corners. Also do you have any advice on how to make it so my engine stops stalling and stopping any time the wheels stop.

most of the mod is comprised of rather gritty more realistic leaning textures

it was just a shock after all this time using the mod to suddenly have A CRAZY BOX SHOOTING LAZERS

i feel it is fine just shocking immediately after for seeing it for me

oh uh the idea for the texture is fine for the most part i'd say that the texture itself could do with some redoing

the main part i don't like is the top connector maybe try removing the outer box on the texture

most of my shock was from not expecting the texture to have changed at all from when i last played also that it went more sci-fi then the rest of the mods parts

Bug if you copy and paste a position box one of the beams doesn't get hidden

maybe you could save the all the other data when the position and rotation is saved

oh wait you can already do the recalling thing, you can deactivate and reactivate the box by sending a red activation signal

suggestion for the two state position box make it so both states can have different settings for the states this would be useful for more technical builds

for instance this would allow for you to make a box that lets go and recalls
which could have application in drones
