If you want the mod working with SW too then add this line:

shipwrecked_compatible = true

in this file
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\mods\workshop-351767585\modinfo.lua

Should works the same way for Hamlet but i didn't tested it:

porkland_compatible = true

in this file
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dont_starve\mods\workshop-351767585\modinfo.lua

or just download this other mod that should do the same as this mod but is compatible with SW and HAM without funny business:

Excellent mod! Planting anything is the single most annoying aspect of this game par none.

sounds good. I'd rather still be holding them, than have them bounce back into inventory.
