Keriganeh if it's not on your belt but in your inventory, then everything is fine. It's probably a mod conflict. A guy had a similar problem in the comment below. Is that what you're experiencing?

Keriganeh hives expanded does not add new dialogues to the queen, as far as I remember. So that's not the point. Perhaps some other mod is in the way, or you forgot to bring a flashlight (Keep it in your character's inventory)

Hi brooo, i have the "hives expanded" mod and i can´t talk to the queen, when i arrive to his island she just screams, there is a relation with that?

I think I figured out why. For some reason, it is not possible to talk to the queen if the Hives Expanded - MultiPatch mod is enabled. The queen and her guards will not have the dialogue asking you to leave the hut, and you will not have the option to talk to her.

Sooo.... how I talk to the Queen? I took the lantern from the scientist and went to the queen, but I was unable to talk to her.
