i'm sure the Low Ready Gun stance was during the gulf war. so Bill will still used High ready stand like in WWII instead

My God, even the low ready pose existed in the oldest generation. Many cases go with port arms or full arms, etc. Lowering the gun barrel downward or the low ready pose only became more common from 90s to present day. For Bill, who served during the Vietnam Great Civil War, he likely held his rifle as he was taught at that time, using positions like port arms, easy order arms, under arm hang, low port arms, full port arms, cradled, and one-handed, or gun barrel facing upperward etc etc etc pose.

Yeah, I might be going off-topic or saying garbage, but so what? The low ready pose give for Bill was make no sense.

Which is weird to think vanilla Bill doesn't have trigger discipline, considering he fought and survived the vietnam war, surely he learned SOMETHING about trigger discipline in boot camp.
