Hey there. I just wanted to say that your models look absolutely fantastic. You did an incredible job porting the Minecraft player into the Source engine. It really shows the effort and creativity you put into your work.

Im currently working on a minecraft skin pack for other Source games, like Deathmatch, and Id love to include your models in it. Of course, I would give you full credit for your amazing work because you deserve recognition for it.

If youre okay with me using your models, Ill make sure to share a link to the skin pack here once its done. I think it could be a great addition to the community, and Id love to showcase your talent.

is it your compression settings on import? anything other than RGBA8888 tends to destroy the texture, since most compression modes aren't really designed to handle the kind of textures minecraft uses

Did I screw something up why is my skin blue and purple, original skin file is fine and I can see the second layer but the file is blue and purple both in VTF and in game.
