I tuned it to be CAS oriented and less dogfighty, but if you find the source of the COLLECTIVE display you can change that switch's values to be higher and go faster. If you want to keep acceleration the same and have a higher speed limit though, there's a normal speed sensor nearby that counteracts that switch

would it be possible for an increase of speed for the thunderbolt? it performs well, i just wish it was faster
