@OLDFAT保卫萨拉热窝 @Smurf∞¸.•'¯) @Odoxon After testing, it has been confirmed that the issue is unrelated to my MOD. The firearm MOD in question sets the shotgun's range to 0 and configures its damage to an extremely low value. The intention behind this is unclear—it might be an unfinished DEMO version. You should reach out to the author of that MOD for feedback. On my end, no adaptation is necessary, as the shotgun will function properly once the range value is properly defined.

怎么隐藏原版弹道?我瞄准远处的僵尸,就算一堆站在一起还是只有一个绿色高亮。

我的意思是扇形的远端无法同时命中多个目标,只有在短距离和中距离可以命中多个目标,在最大射程附近反而一次只能打一只。

1.There is no option called "UI_Options_ShotgunTrajectory_isDisabledHit".
2.It's about whether the pointed tip of the fan-shaped spread starts calculating from the character's body or from the muzzle. Starting from the muzzle is more realistic, but then it can't hit zombies at your feet or overlapping with your character.

I'm not sure what the first 2 Mod Options do.
1.UI_Options_ShotgunTrajectory_isDisabledHit.
2. Ballistic trajectory starts counting from the character.

Idk what either of these do. Can someone explain?

Tested with Knox Event Expanded and it's incompatible. Crashes whenever I shoot an NPC. Works well with Bandits though.

Sí, ya marque la casilla de "Los proyectiles se calculan desde el personaje", muchas gracias por este mod, ciertamente el cambio que hicieron al sistema de combate es horrible, si bien es cierto que el sistema es mucho "más realista" (como si se usaran cartuchos de escopeta de posta en lugar de perdigones de 12g) no es un sistema que ayude a la relajación que un juego de supervivencia de zombies debe dar a un jugador, digo, quiero sentirme al encontrar una escopeta como el Doom Slayer en el infierno, y gracias a este mod, puedo volver a sentirme así, gracias amigo. :steamthumbsup: :steamhappy:

@Hamel903 La configuración predeterminada del modo Sandbox es suficiente. En las opciones del sistema, puedes marcar 'Los proyectiles se calculan desde el personaje'.

Acabo de comprobarlo, el mod funciona con el mod "[CJ][B42][B41] Firearms | Lore-friendly vanilla expansion" funciona con COUNT4 y las 2 casillas activas, aunque ciertamente tiene menor dispersión que con la JS-2000 de Vanilla

Ya acabo de comprobar algo, al menos en el Mod "[CJ][B42][B41] Firearms | Lore-friendly vanilla expansion" funciona parcialmente con la M870 Cromada, quisiera que me aclares una duda, para tener la misma dispersión de disparo que en la build 41 debo tener en las opciones del mod marcado como COUNT4?

@Hamel903 I'm not entirely sure because the game doesn't have a direct "shotgun" type check. The only way to determine it is by checking whether the firearm's ammunition has the ‘Shotgun’ field. So, whether a shotgun is effective depends on whether the ammo it uses contains this field.

Gotta love the "thats not how shotguns work" @nec0arc comment. Yea, we know, we also dont care. It is a, say it with me here VIDEO GAME. Mods to insert 20+ military base maps or anime characters are also unrealistic, as are lightsabers and backpacks that let you carry 6 fridges at time, this dude go to all those mods aswell ? "Thats not how backpacks work" ? hahahahahha... @Goatroach you said it perfect though, i to wish the devs would give us sandbox options for this stuff :) let the masses choose their experience. :steamthumbsup:

Because your typical real life 12ga shotgun firing 12ga 3 3/4" shells has 9x .32 caliber (9mm) pellets (looks like big BBs) stacked in 3 sets of 3, have a muzzle velocity around 1,300 fps, and typically have a spread of 1" every 10 feet.
At 30 feet, it's like getting hit simultaneously with 9x 9mm handguns in a 3" diameter group. Shotguns are crazy powerful and accurate at close range. Even with a ballistic vest, you'll probably break ribs. Shotguns in CQB are devastating. Not a good weapon against large groups due to low capacity, fire rate, difficulty in reloading, and weight of ammunition.

My guess is the devs wanted to make it more realistic, rather than the Hollywood-esq street-sweeper we had in B41. Both are fun, IMHO. I do prefer realism, though.
