it's not rare, if you play any custom campaign with friends you'll always see this loading screen when joining their local server as for some reason the custom loading screen for custom campaigns don't show for clients joining, only for the host loading the server

Idk he smoker reflection map has this as the loading screen. Its not as rare as you may think.

The reason why is this not even a thing on Workshop is because it's really rare to face case like this. Even if you joined test servers, it still show you the campaign map, not this so maybe that the reason why nobody bother to do this or often underlooked. :steamhappy:
