no, the refined mods were never bundled with custom weapon icons, you'll have to find them.
i'm pretty sure i saw some on the workshop.

does this include weapon icons? I've noticed only awp and scout have them but mp5 and sg552 don't

Thanks for doing the refined CSS guns instead of the vanilla models. They're just too low-quality compared to the L4D2 arsenal. This fits their style better.
