really like this dude but i have 2 main complaints, for one the dash attacks hitbox appears WAYYYYYYYY too late, and the battery gain is pretty low

small note: taunting lets you overload on battery. you can get over 100 which i dont think is intentional

Wonderful work you made, glad that content for UTY is still cooking these days.
But besides that, theres a bug when you wave dash where the sprite disjoints to the corner. Its a small issue, but overall good work.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I made his Aerials faster, the Dspecial better and the Ftilt larger. Also you get 3 battery by Taunting

Love this character, Some of his moves feel really slow, but other than that I'm just super happy to see more UTY characters in Rivals!

the only moves i found to be good were the neutral special (that one is actually good and well designed), the forward smash because axis slides on the ground with the start up lag, and the neutral aerial, but only because it continues to work even when touching the ground, which doesnt feel intentional

a lot of axis' attacks need to be sped up DRASTICALLY, especially the aerials i mentioned, and i feel that the acid was supposed to stay out as a trap of sorts, but it doesnt last long enough to even be a good trapping tool

i like the idea, but hes way, WAY too slow for such little payoff

i hope this feedback can help you better balance axis

i dont like it when i have to be honest negatively, but axis isnt good, like at all

for being a robot with incredible speed in undertale: yellow, he was somehow slower and more susceptible to damage than goddamn ao oni, an actual bulky and slow monster

on top of that, they pay off for a lot of moves isnt worth the damn near 5 year wait, like the forward aerial, the back aerial, the up aerial, and the down special

on top of that, only getting battery passively with no way to get it faster severely hinders axis to a major degree, not letting him use his only good attacks as often as he really should be able to

The art is amazing but some hitboxes and other movements feel weird, some hitboxes are extremely small and some attacks like the aerial ones are very slow.

the sprite art is really nice but he doesn't feel nice to play, if you could make it so the jabs don't stop your movement and the smashes we're a little faster this would be a really cool character. I don't mean to be hate full I would just like these to be fixed because the sprites themselves are really good

peak, sprites look amazing and the moveset plays fluently. Some knockback/hitboxs are a little weird but that can be fixed in patches.
