It was supposed to be usable as long as you picked the first one, even if afterwards you turn other govrnment. But after second thought, I now allow everybody whose capital is in stepstones to use it.

That's unfortunate... That track is pretty cool, i wish there was a way to use it and not beign a pirate

You gotta have the pirate government to see it, it's more a pirate track than a stepstone region track.

Hello! I have a question, how can i unlock a stepstones dynasty track? Because i started as a adventurer, landed in stepstones, turned to feudalism and noticed an absence of this dynasty track. Are there any requirements or something?

I have buffed or tweaked all original regional legacies, and added the three new tracks. Sorry I didn't mention it clearly

Yes, as I update, some have different values. But I only tweak regional dynasty legacies and the three new ones. as described. I am lazy to update every screen shot after every tweaks.

Did you buff some legacies? A lot of them have slightly different values than in the screenshots.
