It's not as hard as it might seem at first glance, but it's more complicated than you think - quite a paradox, really. The most important first step is learning how to decompile and compile addons - that way you'll get access to the textures. As for actually working with textures, that's just a matter of technique - everyone has their own approach.

Well, I changed it. Nothing happened. To be honest, I don't know what the problem might be, but my only guess is that it's not a good idea to use both models at one time.

Seems Lua was error might solving Lua auto-run on HUNK issue multiple addons, You forgot changed re2r_hunk.lua to chaos_insurgency_trooper.lua
