Yes, its a loot mod, of course is conflicts. If they would use the bpatch approach it wouldnt conflict

It seems like this mod conflicts with mutant loot mods. Could you please describe in detail what aspects this mod affects?

Apologies. It seems to be working fine now in regards to the corpses. I guess I had to wait some time to see the effect, since I added this mod mid-playthrough. I noticed after getting to a new quest and objective, that the corpses started dropping less. Thanks for the mod - and compatibility with 1.6. Cheers!

Just subscribed after the 1.6 update for the mod. The mod seems to work: slower healing, stronger buffs etc. However, I still seem to find quite a lot of consumables (2x bandage, 1x medkit, 1x beer, 1x bread/sausage)on multiple corpses. However, the stashes do seem to have less loot than normal - which is great. Is it working as intended? Or is it intended that corpses/NPC's carry this amount of consumables?

@polution thats the whole point of the mod tho... and caches still have stuff in them, just not every time...

Redblur - When you unsub and start a new load if its not warning you of mod mismatch, then you need to check that all Workshop items are being deleted. Go to your steam game installation and look for
\steamapps\workshop\content\1643320

This mod for me is number 3509302800

but you might need to go into each folder and look for unforgiving zone. If you dont find it then it should be deleted.

This mod should not "save" itself into file saves.

I've unsubbed but I'm not getting the message is there anything I need to delete?

Please make a separate version of this mod that does not affect the caches! Otherwise there is no point in looking for them!

Healing is still slow? this shouldnt happen, make sure its not being loaded still. once uninstalled properly the game will tell you that its uninstalled when you load a save.

I've tried uninstalling this but the effects of the mod still remain on new saves how do I fix this.

better ballistics is the only other overhaul mod i'm using, would there be anything I can do to vary the loot more on bodies? Almost every one has a medkit, bandages, water, etc. The ammo seems fine though, i'm not finding nearly as much. It's definitely working.

There could be incompatibilities with mods that also modify the loot in stash and bodies. Do you have any large overhaul mods?

Still a ton of loot in stashes and on bodies. Any reason this wouldn’t be installing correctly? I’m just hitting subscribe.

would be nice if it could be tweaked, stashes have almost nothing. Maybe one or two "valuable" items per stash, losing incentive to check stashes

Hi this is a simple port of Maklanes. I did this early to give Steam Workshop users a rebalance mod. Im def not interested in doing something as deep as Unlimited or OXA.

Thank you for your mods, I'm trying out your collection. I'm still finding WAY too much loot, not so much in bodies as in boxes. If you can, check out the Stalker Unlimited mod in Nexus, I think they nailed the loot/economy, Thanks again, cheers

Its safe to install and uninstall freely.

Nothing from the top mods. But any overhaul that claims to do something similar might have issues

Is this even updated to work with 1.5? I know a lot of mods break the ability to loot mutants if they're not compatible with the latest patch, and I can't find much info about this mod anywhere. So was it made with patch 1.5 compatability?

Either I’m playing too cautiously or just not the way I’m supposed to (on Veteran difficulty, of course), but my inventory is still overflowing with medkits, bandages, food, and pretty much everything else. Most likely, another, more hardcore, version of the mod is needed - with even more reduced loot. But I’m not making a judgment on the mod itself; it could genuinely be due to my playstyle. At this point, I honestly don’t know how to make the game any harder for myself, aside from doing a pistol-only run with no armor. Not trying to brag - quite the opposite, it’s actually really disappointing to me when it comes to this aspect of the game (the original one).

Loot: Item and ammo respawns have been significantly reduced. Resources now have to be searched for more carefully, making each item you find more valuable.
Healing:
First aid kits no longer instantly restore health. Instead, they gradually restore health over a period of seconds, requiring the player to take cover to use them safely.
Bandages now stop bleeding, but do not restore health.
Energy and Stimpaks now last longer, making them more valuable tactical tools.

Will this impact how often we will be able to loot mutants, its already near impossible to get loot so I really dont want to make my chances worse.
