@GanjaCloud Did you read info? It's for Sniper Scout which is hidden in non-German version, certainly you can't get it in official gameplay.

Most likely the Scout, as you can see in the screenshots. It's also mentioned directly in the description.

As was said on l4dmaps, this is not an M700 (since that's not a thing as far as I can tell). You're calling it a Remington 700, but it's not that, either (R700s don't have external magazines without being converted). This is just a recolor of the M24 mod on l4dmaps (which I highly recommend).
