and city-states UI is bugged too
I am very confused: version 300 or thereabouts was stable and fully functional, barring a couple of bugs. This version is... Not.
Bug report: nuclear reprocessing plant is broken, it requires a nuclear power plant in *every* city instead of just the city where it is built.
1. Google EUI civfanatics
2. Click on History
3. Find 1.29i and simply download
4. Extract
5. Open steam, right click Civ5, hover mouse to Manage, browse local files
6. Open assets folder then DLC folder
7. Copy the UC_b1 folder to DLC folder
8. Rest of the files goes on Documents/My Games/Civ5/Text folder
You should have mentioned 1.29i EUI in the first place... How in the world am I supposed to know you aren't using the 1.28 legacy?
EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY WITH 1.29i
