You can remove most of our mods, without any impact on the game itself. Those that have changes that persist, even after removed, are labeled with such information in their descriptions.

As for inventory, you wont lose any, but will be unable to use those storages until you take out items to be under the limit it has. You can increase that limit, without any issues, by swapping from x10, to x100 if you wanted. You could also go from x100 to x10, but as mentioned, until you bring the storage contents down to the new limit, your villagers wont be able to put things in it, only take things out.

I am currently using a smaller value of the stock pile you made, do I need to delete it to avoid conflicts, and will I loose inventory when I do so? Or do you recommend for a new game only?

Void just want to thank you for making this game more enjoyable for those of us who have jobs and only get to play a few hours at a time. People need to stop complaining about mods making it too easy. if they want the game to be a particular way they should mod it themselves.
