Update: I found the issue. It turns out to be the add-on called "V-Script Weapon Timer Enforcer". My old script is not the culprit (Thankfully). The mentioned V-Script add-on was enforcing(?) the Peacekeeper to have the sluggish rate of fire. Once I disabled it and restarted the game, better rate of fire.

Hello. Wasn't sure if this was a feature or maybe my game was acting up, but I noticed that the Peacekeeper had a really slow rate of fire. Did I break something on my end?
