@Jan the mod refreshes banners & flags whenever there's a diplomacy event, to make sure that all of the wartime UI updates correctly (like the red borders around unit flags). that's probably what causes the flicker. i might be able to fix that, but i'm currently very busy merging all of the Update 1.2.5 changes into my mods.

I love your mods and this one is no exception, but I have noticed some minor flickering of the unit banners when changing turns. I have tested so I am pretty sure this mod is causing it. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Flag Corps 3.1.2 now supports French. i also improved city banners for settlements captured by independent villages and encampments.

game update 1.2.3 added a new trade network icon, which is now integrated into the Flag Corps banners. i added a background to the icon to make it more visible.
