the mementos have always been finnicky: they become available if you start a game, then return to the main menu.

So trying a new game, I think the mod may not have updated the first time. However now dragon banner is Locked, requires level 5 with Lafayette. Is this intentional?

Not currently working.

Loaded into game and built cavalry- did not work
Started new game and bought cavalry -did not work
dissabled mod, closed game, unsubbed to mod, resubbed, started civ, workshop update installed, reinabled mod, loaded game, bought cavalry -did not work

You can see that the culture per turn went up.

i'd need to see your influence level directly before and directly after purchasing a mechanical knight.
make sure to refresh the totals by opening a city screen, then returning to the map.

New game, playing Leonardo da Vinci. Using momentos Lobster Helm and Dragon Banner.
1 turn after producing a Da Vinci's Mechanial Knight I have received the +2 culture however I have not received the +1 influence. I can provide screenshots but I need to know exactly you want screen shots of.

Just made it to the modern era, was Inca and am now Buganda. When I got here, I was told by a popup that I unlocked the Warak'aq. I was unable to create them, only the normal field cannon, and now that I have the next tech I can make the field gun. Still no Warak'aq. In the exploration age I was able to build the previous UU just fine.

Oligarchy -
Increases food supply by 20% for 10 turns, boosting city growth. Construction of buildings speeds up by 30%.
this is diffrent than the production bonus then. ok, i didnt understand how it works. If its boosting the towns too, then i wouldnt buff it to 20. I would buff the food up to 20% tho to be inline with other governments. otherwise, why would you ever choose the food?

hi! the 3d leader models are broken as of 1.2.4. currently trying to find a fix, and will update as soon as we have one. until then, the lack of 3d model aesthetics shouldn't affect gameplay.
i'm not aware of the mementos not working. could you provide some specifics? is it that you aren't gaining influence from the numidian cavalry units? could you show your influence per turn before and after purchasing one of these units? make sure you process the next turn so that the per turn counter updates. i'll be looking into this.
the leges walliae government owain can unlock via narrative events is fairly strong! the food celebration bonus is weak to make up for the production bonus being powerful. a flat and unconditional +10% production is pretty big, as it applies no matter what you're producing, and applies to your towns, too, so boosts gold income. i'll consider upping it to 20%, though.

The momentos dont seem to be having any effect. Im playing Carthage and have their unique Calvary. is that an issue?

you need izica's leader model changer mod.
once you enable both mods, the leader models will start rendering after you re-start the game.

The model for glyndwr isnt loading, is that a hardware issue on my end or do i need specific settings to render the character model

yes - like how in the modern age when you make an aircraft, it has to be based at your air base, but can carry out attacks like a ranged unit from that base.
guerilla units work the same way. they're not an organised professional army that can be sent marching around the country and into foreign lands. instead, these are your local people, usually working the land, but prepared to defend their homes against invaders if they come too close.
so they're designed to have a base (the caer), and carry out attacks in a short range around that base.

hi, doc furtado! it's essentially a short-ranged air unit in the antiquity age, representing guerilla warriors who defended wales from the romans and the anglo-normans.
they're almost exclusively defensive in use, but if enemy units come near your city, they can deal huge damage and hold them off incredibly efficiently.
they also count as unique units, and therefore generate culture using owain's ability!
(plus, they can be really handy to counter a forward settle, by placing your caer near the enemy's borders)
