理论上来说狼吞虎咽更不容易有饥饿感，进而会吃下更多食物，可以改成“食欲不振”或者“速食者”（长期速食导致的：）

Theoretically, Filth Rate should be multiplicative.
Responsible uses the same mechanism as Tortured Artist, but the inspiration rate is 1

If I get a pawn with the Clean trait, can they also spawn with the Fastidious trait from the Cleaning Speed mod that does the same thing? Does that make their filth rate 25%, since they are both multiplicative?

If a pawn with the Responsible trait already has an inspiration when they get over a mental break, what happens? Does it overwrite the other inspiration, or does nothing happen?
