I'm fairly certain the regular menu or the original playermodel selector addon even supports the tab but if you add them mods that do support it automatically have skingroups show up

Oh that's cool, I just updated it to include arm skins. Hope it works!

You can just include it anyway for the model since I use a playermodel menu addon that adds viewmodel hands and handgroups as a customizable option anyways

I have no idea how to fix the bodygroups not appearing in the view hands, I just think it's one of those unfixable issues.
