I guess because she's an unique adventurer you kind of have to give her a dialog file with her id and lines for it to appear, a quick file editing on my side to test this theory and surely the "Let's talk" option popped up

I am hoping that the update I just pushed will have fixed it...

I do have that trait yes because i wanted the charisma bonus from it, I can "talk" to her i just can't do the casual talk that makes NPC's like or hate you more.

My only thought is: have you purchased the 'Animal Lover' Feat that lets you speak with animals? Her race is dragon, so I think you need that Feat to communicate...

I found her but it does not seem like i can talk to her. I can only ask her for news or challenge her.

She should be visible on the Adventure Rating Board: travels like vanilla adventurers.

Is there a specific place you find them?

Very cool looking and tastful, inspired me to use this in my party. Her stats and abilitys are the same as Bahamut which is cool.
