You may have downloaded it manually incorrectly.
In the addons folder, it's important that the EFTrealGunSound folder contains only the "sound" folder.

Проверил целостность файлов, все в норме, типо есть будто замена звука , но это наверное DWR, Все равно конкретно отдает обычными звуками
