I don't know the English keyboard well. However probably the console is the tilde key (below Esc).
And I wrote the console command in description.

Someone earlier said that it may be twisted to make it lore friendly and personally this is true especially if you consider the dragon shouts could be force spells like the ones used by the witches of dathomir in the expanded universe

I like the Vader helmet but rather than be him I think it would be great to have him as an npc.
Perhaps he could have a whole quest line for people to follow.
