From what I see, the Czech Republic and Ukraine will be new countries in which the Developer will probably add regions soon and it will be possible to form this country normally. All the best to you and I can't wait and hope it will happen because the Developer has been working very hard lately.

Ok, according to your opinions. I changed Croatia and Czech Republic into parliamentary republics, but in both I left the president the right to dissolve parliament, although I don't know if that's irl :D.

Agreed it would be great if you could also please make Czechia a parliamentary republic as it is one irl and rn there is this bug in the game where after the president gets elected the government gets dissolved and if there is a coalition government (In Czechia there always is one) there is no option to re-establish it and it will always result in a new election.

@JeWeWu Yeah, even on the easiest difficulty the budget is impossible to balance especially with realistic and high seats settings. It is somewhat manageable with low and normal seats but its a shame that with high and realistic ones expenses skyrocket so much that its unplayable.

@Martin737cz Have you tried changing the game difficulty/budget settings in the game rules?

Would it be somehow possible to decrease the "Institutions" spending by a lot tho as it usually takes up about 70% of all expenses and it becomes impossible to have a budget surplus even with all taxes at maximum with barely any other laws and because of it debt quickly skyrockets after a couple years. From my playthroughs I had this problem mainly with the Czech republic but it also affects other countries.
