just rebooted the game to doublecheck the customs is now there

Originally it was, but i replaced it with a standard one. Honestly i don't know what might be causing it, never seen such problem myself.

The issue is still here. Are the customs from the early start perhaps?

So i personally couldn't replicate the dissapearing customs, but i tried to replace it, so hopefully it works now.

Hey I've got a problem when I load up the map the soviet customs is not there

Yes, they do. In modest amounts, just like other resources since it was planned as a tough and challengin map.

The customs house gets instantly deleted upon loading the map.

Yes it does, but only singular one and a medium size at that. I guess i should've point that out a bit more, sorry.
