Shantar Islands (Siberia)

描述
Shantar islands located in Ochock Sea were not developed due to their harsh weather and limited access along non existing infrastructure. But that changes with recent resource discoveries, and so you're tasked with development of this small archipelago. Surrouding water is deep and cold but resources are just under the Surface of those small islands. Central Comittee will await for your first five year plan.

Biomes DLC required.

Originally it was, but i replaced it with a standard one. Honestly i don't know what might be causing it, never seen such problem myself.

The issue is still here. Are the customs from the early start perhaps?

So i personally couldn't replicate the dissapearing customs, but i tried to replace it, so hopefully it works now.

Yes, they do. In modest amounts, just like other resources since it was planned as a tough and challengin map.

The customs house gets instantly deleted upon loading the map.
