I have a 1 TB SSD, and there is 100 GB of free space left, I only have 17 games installed.

Get a new SSD if 28MB is too much for you. 1TB will get you over 35k mods like this one.
Even then you can just go to the mod and delete the pictures if a 64GB HDD is all you can afford

The only solution is to re-upload, but re-uploads are prohibited as written in the description

Replacing png is not a solution, since mods in the workshop are loaded completely and addons will only increase the file size.

A simple png swap would not cause errors get out of here

@RAVE-PM Dude, you seem stupid, if you install a mod on a server, then the weight of the mods greatly affects the speed of its creation and loading and there it will be loaded along with all the pictures, it doesn't matter if you deleted them on your client.
