What unlocks could this accidentally trigger? dont wanna ruin my progression but love the concept of this mod

hey, it'd be nice if in co-op, this doesn't happen unless is true death for both players, i blocked the way for my friend when i died "on true death" and he died too, pretty frustrating :(, if you need help making this happen if you're busy I can take over
