Try looking for addons that alter ragdoll collision and physics first.

It's probably physics-related addons causing the problems so you can ignore weapons or NPC addons.

@jimpukka12 Excuse me for the late reply. You can try disabling every mod you have except Reagdoll then enable mods one by one or three by three until the problem comes back. Sometimes it's the combinations of addons that cause these issues so best hope it's not the ones you need. If it still doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the game as it might be a script you got from a server. That resets all your settings on all addons but it's the most solid way.
