when you "heal" them and they have "no" medkit, it gives them, so if they have full HP or a medkit then you can't give it

it doesnt gives medkit to teamate when click right mouse lol

Yeh a way to disable the message would be cool, makes your server seem less "bloated" with mods. Just silent mods in the background adding new things without scaring off "people" that can't handle modded games.
