The damage boni for the Valiant accolade are wrong for ranks 1/2 and 3/4 respectively (i.e. 0.1 and 0.075)

Bug reported: on accolade succession, big Glory Loss is actually set to 80% rather than 8% as described. This causes my accolades never level up to 3.

Please fix it.

Would be great if you added a game rule to only allow highborns to become acclaimed knights (like in accolade rework mod).
