reverted the thresholds back to vanilla as there seems to be an issue with how it works with the actual display in the GUI, it'll extend the markers along the bar beyond the ends as the bar behind does not dynamically expand, even though the game defines allow for changes

tl, dr, back to vanilla for now, making it work requires GUI modding which I wanna avoid with these smaller mods

How can we get max 100 Court Grandeur Tiers? It seems just stacked at lv9
