should be around 47 Mo , replacing skin variant 2, 3 and 5 with the skins of this mod
i dont know how to send a message/link to you on steam, i have no option when i right-click on you
yeah thats why i avoid to make "more separated mods", i keep updating all my 5 mods constantly in TWW3, and thats why my reskin mod is very big (instead of doing separated smaller one)
i tried to "over-separate" my mods in TWW2, but i didnt like to update too much mods too...
wonder if other skins in the new mod will catch my eyes ^^
i do not plan to make a mod for it, i will simply include them in my reskin compilation mod
but i can perhaps make a standalone version or give the standalone version to BILL.CHEST so he can upload the standalone version himself ;-)
So the mod does not change our campaign balance with new units.

its just that this one will be longer time reading the files to only isolate the 3 maiden ^^
i identified some files "replacing" vanilla one (in katarin folder and some more) but i will need more time to extract properly + test it on ice witch + include it in my own graphical compilation ^^
i had that kind of issue with the huge "slaanesh reskin mod" but the files are easier to isolate ^^
i have done this a lot in the past and even recently, but the files are longer to read and to sort here
i will probably dig it when i have far more time, its doable but very long to analyze
(my dreaming aim is to only get what i need for the 3 modded frost maiden to reskin 3 vanilla ice witch instead)
You can use the models but you are right they will be a little tough to isolate. I had to rename any LOD I changed the material map or base color on, otherwise the WS models incorporate that mesh into every model in the game that uses it. You will have to isolate what you want from the rigid model and recreate the material maps by generating a new WS model. Otherwise the "glow" won't work properly. And yes, because of this I have started renaming every LOD I use! Additionally, my color files in the past have been stored in their original folder after they were copied to the packfile, which I changed about midway through making this mod to the folder where the model is stored because of the LOD name changes. May complicate things lol, as I said, I've been working on this sporadically for nearly a year so organization isn't the best.
Anyone who pointed out minor fixes - I will get to them eventually :)

i do reskins too, but the way they are in this mod is tedious because there is a lot of unused files or a lot of different ways to follow for one skin (to get all material/texture files).
so extracting "only" the one affecting the 3 frost maiden is just a pain to select (my reskin mod is already close to 4,5 Go so i try to avoid unused files).
i also ALWAYS avoid to tak ethe files replacing the vanilla one (so i have to compare to vanilla file to see what i shouldnt take).
and for only 3 frost maiden skin, this one is too big work considering all these factors (i understand when i extract from the huge slaanesh reskin, but not for that smaller reskin mod, too much unused files to identify :-/ ).
anyway, kislev maidens are the rare skins i like by default (if i cant get a proper reskin).
I do reskin, and it's not hard. The modder packs all crystals on parts of the body into one cluster, so you can easily remove them. I personally don't use this mod since I have my own reskin and buff to Ice Guard units with their trait already, but it shouldn't be too difficult.
